Kelsey and Hannah were super helpful in getting us scheduled for bait station refills. This was our first experience using Northern Pest, and the previous homeowner had recommended us to continue using their services. They were quick to come out and make sure our stations were reset and were very responsive to any and all questions!

The service we received from our tech, John, was outstanding!! We had a different company work on our house about 5 years ago and it did not take care of our bat problem. John was on time, did a thorough analysis of our house and a few days later spent the entire afternoon and early evening fixing our problem…on a Sunday!. Not only did we have bats, we also had flying squirrels! His work was clean and professional. He cleaned up the area once he was done and then took the time to explain everything he did. We have a 2 year warranty on his work and he will be back in a couple months to make sure our bat/squirrel problem is gone. I can’t recommend John and Northern Pests more highly!!!

Northern Pest Control is awesome to work with. We started using them last year for a major carpenter ant issue which they took care of. We continue to use their services and are very appreciative of their flexibility in scheduling! Highly recommend them!

They were very easy to work with, they explained everything in great detail, and the service was fast and friendly. I had mice in my house - inside the walls and vents and in my garage. It's been about a week since they set the bait traps and I haven't heard or seen a single mouse! Would highly recommend.

The woman that you interact with is very professional, she’s very knowledgeable and communicable, they get you in fast and efficient. However, I would recommend the gentleman learn to be a little nicer when working with clients. I would also recommend better pricing is the only reason I won’t be staying with them. Don’t let that deter you though, as they do as they say and provide what’s advertised. And again, the woman that you interact with all the way through is very kind and great at customer service.
