Huge disappointment... I read great reviews and called an exterminator on an emergency basis Saturday night. He arrived quickly, was very inattentive, had to show everything, left several untreated areas - the result was zero. I called the next day to complain, he was rude and refused to redo the work. paid a significant amount of cash for 20 minutes of worker presence in my apartment. Shame.

Super efficient help— Mike responded to an emergency mouse call at 3:00 in the morning and was able to send in an exterminator first thing in the morning on a Sunday. Have yet to see if the effects are successful, but it definitely helped to have professional help so quickly. Hopefully it blocked the infestation and all that are left are stragglers. Only hours after the exterminator left, a rogue mouse was caught in a trap he set up. I still hear them in the walls, but have yet to see/clearly hear a mouse in the apartment itself.

One Hour Pest Control is not just the best pest control service, but might just be the best customer service experience of any business I’ve encountered in recent years. How I wish that other businesses were as quick to respond and easy to communicate with! Mike is reachable by text, helps figure out what service you need, promptly arranges someone from his team to come out and deal with your issues, and accepts convenient payment. Pro tip: get them to inspect an apartment before you move in with your furniture, close up any holes and spray for roaches. Your future self will thank you.

Discovered an animal in the home at a late hour and called One Hour Pest Control out of the blue. Within two hours there was a technician on-site and the animal was safely removed. Technician showed great care for the animal in question. The company had great patience for me on the phone as well as the technician on-site. Overall, the company was professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The best in city and worth every penny! I have used and recommended this company for years and they never disappoint. My first experience having a mouse in my apartment, the owner was so professional and accommodating: he sent someone to address the issue in my apartment the next day. The technician was very thorough and closed all holes behind my radiators, and appliances(except dishwasher-we couldn't get it out not his fault). He even checked my closets, stairs and baseboards for holes. A few years later they came out as there was a hole behind the dishwasher( I finally got it out) and they plugged that up as well. My neighbors on my floor and other floor have also used their service with excellent results as well. Now our hope is to get every shareholder to use their service. Each time a shareholder uses One Hour, our mice problems decrease for our building overall. I just want to say Mike as manager is a gem! They have amazing technicians. If ever I, or any shareholder has any issue; he makes haste to resolve things quickly and amicably. Their customer service and pest resolution strategy is bar none! Run, don't walk to this company if you have any issues. They hit the mark every time!
