I had a great experience with James and Jeffery today! They were originally scheduled to come later in the day, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called to say they could arrive earlier. That kind of flexibility and communication was already impressive, but it only got better from there. The technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure every area of concern was addressed. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right.

So far so good. It was easy to set up an appointment. I’ve had a few different pest control companies out here to try to help with a brown recluse problem. No one has been able to fix it yet. The technician who came out with Orkin did a great, thorough job during his visit to spray and use different treatment methods for our initial appointment. Waiting on an inspector to come out next to evaluate the situation and try to figure out the root cause of our issue. I’ll update and leave a review when that happens and if this company is able to solve our problem. But so far the treatment seems to be working as we haven’t seen any live bugs since the first visit. They do offer weekends if that info is important for anyone. Juan did a great job and we look forward to seeing if they are able to fix this pest problem for us.
