I’m really happy with my first service from Orkin! The whole team at the Hammerly @ Beltway 8 location has been super professional, friendly, and on top of things. You can tell Efrehem Del Rosario runs this branch really well because everyone I’ve dealt with has been so attentive. The technician who came out to treat my house was very thorough and polite. Chad Gwosdz, the rodent specialist, did an awesome job explaining the process and helping me pick the best option to take care of the mice issue. I really appreciated how clear he was and that the service comes with a guarantee. Pricing is fair, the service is great, and I can already see a big difference compared to other pest control companies I’ve used before. Orkin came out and turned my home from Arachnophobia into Peaceful Suburbia in no time! They tackled spiders, wasp nests, and even those sneaky mud dauber condos like true professionals. This was not due to any negligence on my part but rather a clear administrative error on yours. I was not given proper notice, nor the opportunity to resolve the matter before it escalated.As a result, my credit has been affected, which is completely unfair and unacceptable.
