Although no one likes to hear news that their house is full of mice… Our experience with the Orkin tech and the inspector was positive. Both gentlemen were clear in their communication, thorough in their inspection and work, and kind. We will be happy to recommend Orkin to anyone else in our situation.

Adam is just the best! His spots every little opportunity that we can stop a pest from entering my business he even remembers things that I don’t remember he goes out of his way to even inspect my neighbors point of entry into our common basements. I highly recommend

The sales representative, Alex was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He was able to seal the opening where the bats were coming into our basement. And the second appointment for fixing the rubber seal on our garage door went perfectly well. The gentlemen took the time to explain what they were doing and how it would keep criters out of our garage which confirmed what Alex had explained to me at my first appointment with Orkin. I am very pleased with their services. God bless you!

Jessica was incredible. She was very nice and also knowledgeable. As she was taking care of the ant problem, she also informed us of every other step we could take to keep the bugs out. The price is pretty reasonable and I am really happy that they were able to come so quickly

Have chipmunks living in rodent boxes- called several times, sent emails with pictures of chipmunks in rodent boxes. Left several (4+) messages with Frank Carofano branch manager that were never returned. Was constantly sent collection letters for most recent service but never called or came out to fix problem. No one got back to me for over 45 days. They just kept sending emails and calling leaving messages every 2 days. We were faithful auto paying customers for 5 + years at both our home and our business and I would never recommend this branch to any one in good faith. Try everyone else first, save the time and headache, they just do not care . 6/22/25-UPDATE I responded to the reply asking me to contact customer service . I spoke to a very nice representative that was shocked to hear my story. They told me that I was treated unfairly and it is not their company's policy to treat their customers this way. They also explained that there were several notes in my account showing my attempts to reach out and speak with someone about the issues I was having with both my residential and commercial accounts. They assured me they would have an upper management member get back to me by the end of the day. I told them I appreciate their help, but I did not believe that this time it would be any different from the last several times I was told this. They promised it would be.........that was 10 days ago. No call, text or email, just the good old Orkin customer service and company policy of treating hard working paying customers horribly. So the update is, no change, stay away !
