We have always had great experience with Orkin. Have been customers for many, many years. Our current tech, Colin, is outstanding. Always very attentive to our changing needs throughout the year. He is a great face of Orkin. Highly recommend.

I have my house serviced on a regular basis to keep pests at a minimum. During my most recent service, Colin (my service person) noticed and treated a wasp nest. He then contacted me to let me know where the nest was and to caution me as the wasps may have an attitude for a day or two. I appreciated the heads up as it helps keep everyone safe. Good people and good service!

Mario Maldonado, my longtime Orkin service rep, is amazing. He is ALWAYS kind and friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. He even asks about the dogs. :). I was struggling with a stuck back gate to let him into the yard, and he took his time to help me when he could have just gone through the garage. I've used Orkin for nearly 20 years and in that time had two long term representatives. You know a company is committed to its team and its customers when there is so little turnover. I TRUST Orkin and am willing to pay a bit more than other services because I not only know that I can trust their products and service, but that I feel safe with their staff.

I’m originally from the Midwest, moved to Arizona 2yrs ago & this is my 1st time experiencing large cockroaches flying around in my condo, initially my anxiety was through the roof. But Mario has been great, he assured me that this was an easy fix & within a few months I’ll see progress. I started my first treatment I’m May it’s Aug now & it’s been pretty smooth, I see dead rodents now periodically which is reassuring! Mario is friendly, always on time, and very kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend orkin to get the job done!!
