Amazing service!! I’ve never felt like such a valued customer since that first phone call. We found a mouse inside our home yesterday and so we called our regular exterminator and they said they couldn’t see us for 10 days and so we decided to give Orkin a call and within 4 hours of us calling we had our inspector come inspect the house educating us on next steps and setting up a full treatment plan that is different from the plan we had discussed over the phone and was better tailored for our needs right after our inspector William left which by the way is truly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever worked with, Jason came and treated our house. We also had all of the entry points a mouse could use to enter the house sealed and all of this happened within less than 10 hours of us calling them. I could not recommend them enough and the efficiency of the process and follow through is genuinely impressive!!

My house was being invaded by fleas, but Will helped us navigate the problem at hand with ease. He explained the resolution with me and my wife with multiple options to take care of our issue. I was called 30mins before they arrived to my home both vistas, and they even locked up for me so we didn’t have to wait around for him to finish his job. I will sleep easy now knowing my family won’t be getting bit anymore by fleas. 5 STARS!!!!!

I recently had Orkin treat my home for drywood termites, and I couldn't be happier with their service. What I liked most was the exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The inspector, Dre, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear information and making me feel at ease. When it came to the treatment, the technician, Luis, was quick, efficient, and highly professional. Communication from both the inspector and the technician was top-notch, keeping me informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their friendliness and transparency, which genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. It was a great experience overall, and I highly recommend Orkin for their outstanding service!

We called Orkin to speak to a manager because, despite having multiple treatments, we were still seeing roaches. They were not German cockroaches but tree roaches, as I had stated before. When we first spoke to the manager, he seemed to have a preconceived notion of what was going on based on what the technician, Gerardo, had told him. During our conversation, he asked whether we could leave the house for four hours, speaking as if we were nasty and had an extreme infestation. I believe he only asked this because of what he had been advised about our home beforehand. At first, that felt very insulting and unnecessary. However, I’m grateful that David was able to see for himself that our home is well cared for. Thankfully, the manager came out the following day after my complaint was filed, and I was able to show him the issue directly. He then confirmed that these were tree roaches coming through the roof and that the attic needed to be treated. I explained to him that Gerardo had told me he could not treat the attic because of the insulation. Now that I’ve heard directly from the manager that attic treatment is necessary, it’s clear Gerardo was dishonest and cutting corners. That type of unprofessionalism could have cost you a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Gerardo has been very disappointing. At the first inspection, I gave him great praise, but I later discovered he was not being honest. I was told your technicians handle crawl spaces and attics, yet Gerardo insisted that was “not allowed” and refused to treat those areas. I let it go at the time and even requested him back for another visit, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Moving forward, I will not allow Gerardo back in my home. I expect a new technician who takes pride in their work and performs the job thoroughly. If Gerardo is the only option, I will unfortunately have to discontinue our services.
