This was my initial visit from my Orkin rep and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and engagement from the rep. He was very timely, thorough and efficient in providing his service and appropriately explained what he was doing and what I should expect. I feel good about contacting Orkin and getting my home protected from pests of all types.

Scheduling with Briana was easy and quick. She listened to what I needed and clearly explained each option. A technician was dispatched within 48 hours. Noah, the technician communicated when he was on the way. He was punctual, polite, already had on shoe covers and explained everything to me step by step. I am very pleased with the high level of service Orkin provided!

The Orkin Team is great to have for pest control. We realized we needed a regular bug service in Marietta, and Robert always does an amazing job. The people who work there are very nice and professional but whatever they spray with does not work. Our issues persist even in areas we asked them to specifically target and had them come back and respray multiple times. We are very disappointed and feel that our money was completely wasted. They are not cheap and we expected at least moderate results.

Professional and quick service! Our tech Jarrad made things very easy for us and was thorough with the job. We welcomed this change over to Orkin from another PC company that failed to service our home effectively. Recommend!
