Last week Rob Arnold, with Orkin, called to see if he could drop by to do termite inspection, since we still have another year of warranty on the tenting we did a few years ago. He did a thorough inspection and thank goodness we were clear of those buggers! I so appreciate his concern for our property and for his insistence on doing the inspection. We love having Orkin come out about every 3-4 months for servicing our house and yard.

Orkin offers good deals if you call and ask. We had a flea problem from stray cats outside and they handled it quickly. The problem was caught early and taken care of even though the cats are still around. The technicians are professional, wear clean uniforms, and are respectful. Their equipment is clean and they drive carefully which is different from other pest control companies. This company provides good value and the people are very trustworthy.

Orkin was able to service our yard on the same day that I called for a free quote! Cesar was punctual, professional, and efficiently treated our yard. We are very pleased with the great customer service we received!!

Nicholas was very kind and came right at 2 for the 2-4 p.m. window they gave. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns regarding services needed. He also explained all paperwork and services thoroughly.

Terrible Experience After 10 Years of Loyalty I’ve been a customer of Orkin for over 10 years, and my recent experience has been awful. Back in June, I started noticing droppings by my front door. The technician set a rat box and left it there for 6–7 weeks with no results. I kept seeing droppings, but nothing was resolved. When I pressed for answers, the manager first said he didn’t see anything. Later, he admitted it might be bats and even left me a voicemail confirming it after testing the droppings. He told me treatment would cost extra, and I agreed. But he never followed up again. Later, when I called to cancel my contract, I learned that Orkin doesn’t even treat bats. So why quote me a price in the first place? On one visit, I mentioned I heard noises in the attic. The technician said he would check it after the backyard, but instead he left without ever looking inside. I also discovered they weren’t even spraying the backyard properly — just walking around knocking down spider webs. When I finally canceled my service, I requested one last spray since I had already paid for 3 months. They sent a technician, but because my mom was home instead of me, he refused to spray inside as I requested and only sprayed outside. Totally unprofessional. After all this, I hired another company. In their first visit, they immediately found squirrels and rats in the attic — something Orkin completely missed for months. After a decade of loyalty, I feel completely let down. Orkin misled me about bats, ignored the attic, failed to spray properly, and wasted months of my time. I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration — find a company that actually does the job right.
