So far I am deeply unimpressed as a new customer. Communication is lacking, the customer call center did not quote me for the correct treatment, the technician that came to my property wasn’t even aware of that additional treatment. Getting any sort of follow up support has been difficult. They seem too short staffed to provide consistent care which is disappointing since I’ve heard such great things about this company and they have good reviews. Was also quoted $1500 for preventative sealing services of my house which seems extensive.

The inside inspection has always been good. The people doing the inspection have always been courteous and friendly. We had the inspector and trainee today. The only complaint is how much the rates have increased over the years of having the service. I know there will be increases but trying to justify continuing with it. The pricing noted was annually.

Orkin has given me piece of mind! Sean, our agent today was very nice and polite. I keep a tidy house and we still have pests with it being an old farmhouse. They have been very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Excited to continue to work with them and keep the bugs out!

I had a little flea scare, so I called Orkin and Andrea was able to get me an appointment for the very next morning! Chris was very nice and extremely helpful. He got it done very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is worried about pests!
