I had some significant issues before firing another pest control company and hiring Orkin. They identified the issues, gave me a fair and accurate estimate to eradicate the problems. All the team members who came to do the work were efficient and professional. And the subsequent inspections and service have been timely, efficient and easy. I'm not certain how their prices compare to all the companies but they are comparable to the one I fired - the difference is that the other company did nothing and Orkin actually did exactly what they said and resolved the problem.

Orkin is always top notch! The team was exetremely professional and friendly. They removed old boxes, and insulation from the attic. They sanitized and lay down new insulation in the attic. It's wonderful to have peace of mind of having a clean attic! Thank you, Orkin!

I was told 1st visit would take about a hour. Spent less than a half hour. Some was my fault as tech couldn’t access all the base boards. Today I found another place where he could have put bate. Again not his fault. But tech was helpful & agreeable. (Infestation is severe so will take a few times to clear.).

Very nice gentleman, but communication from the office seems to be lacking. Had no idea about the phone call I made to the office yesterday or the needs of my home. Not sure where the ball was dropped since I spoke to both the office and a supervisor the day before my service.
