Technicians visits seem to get shorter and shorter. We loved our old technician Jose He took his time and was on property for 30 minutes. We always felt he was very professional and thorough. He seemed to care about our needs and seemed to enjoy his job. Seems my new tech one rushes through it and we don’t feel it’s as thorough a job. For the price we pay, and for two different properties, more time should be spent in property. I may decide to go with another company.

I use Orkin for my rental property and their communication with the automated texts and emails when the service is scheduled, tech on the way, and when service starts and stops is so important to me when I can’t physically be there to monitor the activity. Top notch. The technician will text me directly from time to time to let me know when he is on the property performing service and I can advise if there are any problem areas noted between services.

Orkin is a great service and they are very responsive and always takes care of whatever type of bug problem I may have. My Service Tech Kahliah is knowledgeable and always available when needed. I do appreciate the service but it has become costly over the years.
