Experience so far is good. Every time they come in, they don’t need to call us unless there is a some Changes are you find anything important in the yard. We request Switch over from the toxic insecticides to more organic environmental friendly agents in future.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with as a property owner. Orkin sent a technician to lay traps in my attic, but he was clearly untrained and unaware that walking all over the attic was unsafe. As a result, he fell through the ceiling, causing insulation dust, debris, and rodent contamination to spread throughout the bedroom, hallway, and even into the living room. When the branch manager arrived on-site, his immediate response was to suggest that my tenants "just sleep in another room." After lengthy discussions and only under the threat of escalating to upper management, Orkin reluctantly agreed to provide a hotel for my tenants—for just one night. They even expected my tenants to take their contaminated bedding and clothes to a laundromat themselves! To make matters worse, the manager also fell through the ceiling while attempting to repair the damage. While they eventually patched the drywall they damaged (and admitted fault for), Orkin branch manager had completely refused to address the costs the damage caused me and my tenants. This includes compensation for professional cleaners I had to hire, rent credit I had to give my tenants for their inconvenience, tenants damaged belongings, time they needed to take off work to deal with this incident. I’ve spent 4 weeks trying to resolve this, contacting customer service only to be hung up on and sending emails to corporate that remain unanswered. This lack of accountability and professionalism is shameful. I had to resort to email blasting all the executives and threatening legal action to get a response and they finally reimbursed me. I'm grateful to the supervisor who finally reached out and was very apologetic. I wish it hadn't come to that and taken a couple months of angst and stress for me and my tenants.
