This is horrible company that overcharged me 225.00 twice and they weren’t unapologetically about it at all. They had no care in the world that were deceiving and stealing someone’s money. They are lackadaisical and full of it. Do not trust them.

The service I received from Orkin was great. Highly recommended.

Orkin treated my home for yellowjackets and said they’d return in two days to remove the nest but never came back. After I called, they told me it would be another eight days — while people were still getting stung. I had to hire another company that fixed the issue immediately. I left multiple messages canceling with Orkin, yet they ignored them and still sent my account to collections. Very disappointing service and communication.
