Ryan did an excellent job and was extremely thorough with his findings for our property. It was a tad bit more than what we were anticipating but after discussing all our options we felt much more comfortable with the work needing to be done as well as the pricing. We had ants showing up occasionally that seemed to be coming from the top of tge fireplace area. Brian the Orkin associate came in sprayed his smoke it the areas around the moldings and we found where they were coming the from the outside. The ants haven’t been back. I had a wasp nest inside my wall and made a request online to have someone take care of it. I got fast replies with back and forth communication, my questions were answered, and I had an appointment to treat it the next day. The tech who came out for my initial appointment (Kyle) was on time, polite, fast with his work, and the treatment was very effective. I have been with this company for many years. My original appointment the tech pulled up in front of my house and left. They schedule me for another appointment, which was anytime between eight and six, which was not a good time for me. So I canceled it. The computer notifies me the day before that they would be out. Because I wasn’t going to be home. I called to cancel. I was told I could not put the appointment on hold. I would have 30 days and then have to be reinstated in another program was with most likely higher rates. I have never been treated so rudely. The rates have gone up consistently without any notification. I am deeply disappointed.

Mitchell was our Orkin Tech. We had three difficult to access wasp nests in our soffit. He expertly applied a contact spray covering the areas they were crawling and entering. He gave us good instructions on how the wasps would react and not to apply anything else. The nests required a couple of more visits to eradicate (he cautioned us that more than one application would be necessary). He was diligent in visiting and reapplying and the nests were gone. He shared his knowledge on how wasps behave including leaving some of the nest in place to show future queens that those spaces were “occupied”. I would recommend him to anyone with a hornet/wasp problem.
