Tatiana did an excellent job! She took care of spraying our entire home and answered all of our questions and concerns. She gave of clear instructions on what to do after the service. And set up a follow up appt for our next visit. She provided 5 star service

Easy to schedule, able to get service within 1 day. Good communication, prompt, friendly, and informed service for rodents. They have a wildlife team to help with raccoon invasion with wildlife removal if needed which we have plans to use next week.

Michael communicated while on route, and upon arrival. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail his plan of action for finding an exterminating rats. His initial inspection confirmed that we had rodents and he went about setting traps in a crawlspace and attic. He explained that he would return in a couple days to check on progress. We were very pleased with his manner, efficiency and service. Highly recommended.

Chris did a wonderful job! He also went above and beyond what I expected. I am impressed. I would even say that in the past 2 yrs. or so this was the finest Orkin visit ever.

We had hundreds of yellow jackets in the grass in our backyard upon returning from a long weekend away. Although I could not see the nest, I assumed we had one and called Orkin. They were able to send someone out the very same day and treat the area. Now I could safely, let the puppy play in our backyard without worry. The representative was fast, thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The first technician that was assigned for my job called me at 9:33 (appt was supposed to be between 8-10), told me know that my job just appeared on his queue and he was already booked at the time slotted for me. He asked if he could come the following day or come late afternoon. I said I called at 6:00 am today and asked to get someone to come in this morning. I asked if there isn’t another technician who can come. He said he’ll let his manager know and get back to me. I then called their customer service and told her of the situation. Angelina called the branch and after holding for a while, they told me the technician was 15 minutes away. Tatiana was awesome! She explained the contract to me and answered a lot of my questions. She was detailed and was able to find some holes and explained to me what she was going to do. Unfortunately, the houses where I live are all connected and she needed access to my neighbor’s yard to look at the side of my house and look for holes. My neighbor has limited English skills and it took awhile for us to be able to explain to her our issue until we talked to her son and explained the situation to get their approval. Tatiana filled the holes and told me that to get the roof checked is done by another team. I asked Tatiana if she can be the one to service my home for the succeeding services and she said yes, I just have to request her.

Horrible horrible service and communication. First and last time I use them. I called Christina Castillo after she called and left me a message to schedule an appt. She never called me back. The following day I called her again and the lady who took my call said she sent a message to Christina to call me back with an appointment window time for the set date. I never received a call. My building manager called Orkin 4x to get an estimate ETA and no response. The guy who serviced the commercial suite called me 10min before I was going to leave to tell me he had arrived. Mind you I had been there all morning and it’s now 2pm. He came in and did his part. But the three weeks prior to him showing up unannounced was so inconvenient and unprofessional.

The service Jesus provided was a top notch. He patiently explained what was going on, how he would treat the issue, and what I could expect. He was considerate and sensitive enough for our four cats welfare. The follow up system Orkin has in place seems great. I just had the initial treatment, and if I follow through the process, the bug issues now and in future will be well taken care of.
