The service used to be great with Joe. Then they switched my technician who proceeded to charge me without doing any actual visits. Customer service, billing, and management will not respond back to address the concerns.

Horrible customer service. We’ve been paying Orkin for over a year of service. Late in the season we had a very bad bee problem. They told us there were no signs of bees. I decided to remove some wood paneling on the porch and exposed the 2 hives in the pictures. Now 2 weeks ago we had swarms of termites. Orkin came and sprayed and said it’s just a weird thing that happened and they can’t find mud tubes so the colony must be near the home but not an issue.. Erlich came out 2 days later and located the mud tubes in 5 minutes. Orkin will not call us back and refused to refund any money. It’s very sad after spending $2000 on services, the customer service refuses to even call us back. I highly encourage anyone in the Harrisburg area to go with another company!

Robert and Justin from Orkin have done an excellent job every time I contact them for service. They are timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've recommended Orkin to my friends.

Mike, The technician tracked muddy footprints in several areas of my house. I did text him about it after he left, and he apologized and said that he would be more aware in the future. He also asked me if I wanted the second floor treated. I live in a two story house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. I don’t see the point of treating my house without all of that! He also sprayed the baseboards, but in the past, every other technician has sprayed at the windows, stating that that is where the insects come in. I explained that to him, but he said that they also travel along the base boards. I believe he treated both after we talked.

absolute garbage. charged 300 dollars for someone to spend 10 minutes at my house spraying the perimeter and the hornet issue wasn’t fixed. no refund and no offer to do it again to try fixing the problem. extremely unprofessional and extremely rude.

Save your money and don’t get locked in to this. Have had them for over a year and they have yet to have any affect on the carpenter ants in my yard. They’ll spray, shrug, and leave them charge you $74 a month

Called to get information about services and they demanded personal information before I could get any information. Wanted email, and full address to provide a quote. Would not budge on this. Ridiculous! Will never call again or recommend.
