Been using Orkin for a few years now and I feel like we have had Miguel pretty much the whole time. Miguel is FANTASTIC! He’s personable, remembers us, our previous issues and the house. Would recommend to anyone. Bugs have not been an issue since starting to use them and when we once had bugs come back, they were out here earlier than scheduled the next time to address it.

While we've been customers for a good number of years, I personally didn't have much interaction. Things have changed recently, and I have to say, these guys are top notch! The Technician, Roberto is by far the most client centric person I've encountered in a very long time. Excellent Customer Service and Delivery. Notifications are sent out in a timely manner and the work gets completed and bugs be gone! I also had an opportunity to call the office with some account updates and again, staff are amazing! Thank you!

Great service! Ryan is absolutely amazing, always on time, extremely thorough and if I have extra needs, he takes care of it with zero issue. The office ladies, whom I have had to reach out to a couple times for scheduling issues, are always sweet and kind, and change the dates with ease. I am very pleased with Orkin. More so that my house is bug and critter free!
