Last year when I was pulling out my Halloween decorations from my attic I discovered mouse droppings on and around them. I called Orkin to check out our situation and found out that we had mice living in our house for years. They had invaded my attic and crawl space for so long that we needed our insulation replaced. We hired Orkin to evict the unwanted guests. They sealed entry points, replaced the insulation, placed traps etc. It was around the holidays when they replaced the insulation. I’m not sure if they were in a hurry to get home but, there was a spot missing insulation. I called their office and the manager came out, apologized, and immediately completed the job to my satisfaction. Since then we have had routine follow-ups and Jonathan has not seen evidence of mice. Jonathan is always very thorough and it’s been really great having someone I don’t have to nag to get rid of unwanted bugs. He is also very professional and polite. Glad we decided to go with Orkin!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have our home serviced by what I would describe as the best in the business. A gentleman name Steven came to our home and was as professional and courteous, hard-working and kind as I have ever experienced in the professional world. My only hope is that all of our experiences with Orkin and their other representatives is as wonderful. 5 stars across the board

Orkin is great! I switched my service to them last year and have been nothing pleased. Priced about the same as every other company, but the service is top notch. Seth it the technician that always comes; he knows his stuff and is always kind and personable. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Corey is fantastic. We’ve never not been satisfied with the results at our house and he is a wonderful technician. Happy with our experience.

Joel is excellent at his job!!! He not only gets in there and takes care of the issue, he lets us know how we can improve our situation if we are, by chance, doing something to exacerbate the problem. My father's home was taken over by roaches due to a leaky fridge and a large leak underneath the house. Dad spent months in the hospital, and during that time, roaches took over the kitchen. Everywhere you looked you could see them. I refused to cook in his kitchen until they were eliminated. But after Joel entered the picture, he has knocked them out in just a few months! I hope all other Orkin workers are as professional, kind, funny and all around great just like Joel! Now, back to cooking for me. Thanks Again for such great service!

Do not hire for insulation. We had Orkin come out and replace the insulation in our attic and crawl space in July. Paid a large chunk of money for the service. Now, in September, we are working to sell our house. The inspector came out and looked in the crawl space to find insulation hanging down (old and new), the old insulation that Orkin was supposed to replace with encapsulated insulation still in sections of the crawl space, and damage to my vapor barrier from Orkin's service workers being down there. After paying as much as I did and having 5-8 service workers in my yard at any given time, they didn't even complete the job. I called this week and had the district manager come out who then scheduled someone to come fix it this upcoming week. But truly that shouldn't have needed to happen because the job should have been completed right 2 months ago! So if I didn't have an inspector out, I would have just been stuck with an uncompleted job. Orkin and their workers knew the job wasn't completed and that it wasn't completed correctly. This service is a scam. Do not trust them to complete the job. Double check everything. What a nightmare!
