Called Orkin late one evening, they had next day service available. The lady on the phone—Jessica—was very polite and informative. My technician was Josh; he arrived promptly within the scheduled window, which we appreciated greatly. Josh was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. We agreed that spiders suck and they must die. His slaughter of their broods was relentless and without mercy. He grinned with glee at the terror he struck upon these abominable arachnids, and I watched with great approval. He was truly a hero this day.
