They were great. Scott did my house and he was very personal answered all the questions we had told us how to take care of are problem. Even the people you call when setting up the appointment were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

Very very disappointing with Orkin, caught our technician spraying our neighbors property then getting in his vehicle and leaving without doing our property, getting an email saying service was completed and expecting us to pay for services not rendered, then we call and say why didn't you do our property. The response we get is oh I will turn around and come do it. Still waiting for a call back from the manager that I asked to speak with a week ago. How many times have we paid for the service and it has not gotten done before he got caught this time. NOT HAPPY AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Donald not only did a fantastic job, he was highly enthusiastic and made sure to answer any questions I had. It was clear from the start that Donald's primary focus was also, besides having a fantastic attitude, was making sure I was acutely aware of what he was using, how it worked, and what to expect. It is not very often I come across this level of professionalism and service.

He’s extremely polite, punctual, and thorough in everything he does. Donald tailored his approach of treatment to meet our needs! He takes real pride in his work and it shows! It was honestly a waste of money. They did an ok inspection but charged me monthly to do follow ups and only showed up for one. They had used sticky traps which is very inhumane and my tenant had to deal with a rat screaming slowly dying in the basement. I tried to get ahold of Orkin on the weekend to take care of it and they were closed. I ended up having to hire someone else to go get it. What’s the point of them if they just put down sticky traps and aren’t available to take care of the problem. I could have saved hundreds of dollars by going to the store and buying sticky traps. I cancelled my service and demanded a refund. Don’t recommend.
