From the phone call I made inquiring about an insect problem I was very concerned about , the phone operator was very good at Listening to my concerns and explaining the entire process and pricing With me without hiding any charges. Then the communication with Jesus about arrival time was very good. Once Jesus heard my concerns he was very detailed in his inspection and handled all of my concerns with care. He was very professional And made me feel at ease from the unsettling thoughts and feelings I had before he came. He did not rush me or the inspection And made sure to address all of my concerns Luckily the situation turned out much better than I had initially anticipated and I owe a great deal of that peace of mind to Jesus! Great employee and very knowledgeable ! Price ended up being even less than I had originally Thought too!👍🏽

My family has worked with Orkin for the past few years and I’ve heard nothing but good things. My husband and I noticed we started to have a cricket problem so we decided to give Orkin a call and they have been very thorough, communicative, and kind, which are all things you would hope for in a company. Steve initially helped get us set up and has been super informative about the treatment plan he recommended for us and the process we would take to see progress with our pest issue. Mike came out to do our first treatment and what I love about this company is how personable the staff is. Mike took care of us today and was very knowledgeable and thorough on the service we needed today. I called Orkin this morning and was able to have an inspector out by the afternoon. The service was fast and easy! Noel Nunez, our inspector, was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He made me feel at ease knowing that our home would be protected against pests. I highly recommend their services!

The technician has been absolutely amazing. Listened to all my concerns and resolved my problem. I started having major issues with water bugs in the last 5 weeks, I have never had issues before. Well 1 treatment in and the issue is 90% contained. Super happy with results! 100% recommended.

Our technician was Rafael and he was excellent! Extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and on time. He explained everything he was doing from start to finish and was very thorough. He started off with a general inspection and then gave us a pre-maintenance treatment around our home as a precaution. I hope we have him again for our next pest maintenance appointment. Excellent! Update: 3/26/25- Steven Schultz did an excellent job per usual at our home. I explained to him that we recently got a new puppy and if there was anything we should know before letting him in the yard. He was very informative and told us when it would be safe for the pup to go out once he was finished! We love having Steven as our technician! Update: 9/10/25- Michael displayed excellent customer service when explaining things he was going to and when answering questions. Very nice and respectful man.

Orkin recently came by to help with an ant problem in and around my home, and they did a fantastic job going above and beyond. The technician was professional, thorough, and made sure to spray both inside and outside. I truly appreciate how carefully everything was handled. Colby's been our Orkin guy for just about 2 years now. We never deal with any pests, despite seeing quite a few around the neighborhood. He's also just a cool guy. Orkin has been great to work with because it's so automated. We don't have to think about scheduling appointnents or anything, they take care of it all for us. I would 100% recommend Colby and Orkin to anyone who has been considering them.

The experience has been phenomenal thus far. The customer service was prompt and clear. The service rep was on time, and the time slot was 4 to 6. He showed up at 4 excellent. Respected the house, did his job, and educated and departed. Outstanding and highly recommended.

ORKIN, I hired so they could help keep rats out from my home this all started from dirty renters next to me. ORKIN, is NOT GOOD! Nor would I recommend them!! If you reside in Pahrump PLS PLS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ORKIN. For rodents. Pls DO NOT. They only ONLY COME OUT AND SERVICE CERTAIN DAYS OF THE MTH. So if you have a rat issue because of dirty neighbors YOU SHOULD HIRE A LOCAL COMPANY “1TUF pest control Brendon is amazing! I will post a video it’s disgusting but I too have 9 cats who traumatized this rat. We rescued it took it to the dump. To live its life in fun! Not in my house. ORKIN SHOULD HAVE PUT THE RAT BOXES BY THE exterior WALL OF MY HOUSE NOT AGAINST MY HOUSE WALL. Also I still had little ants by my bush so I don’t know what they use but I will be contacting Rollins the corporation who owns ORKIN. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I live at valley view country club apartments. 55 plus. Since I’ve moved here I’ve had roaches. Management claims we have pest control I don’t think so and after trying myself to bait them with all remedies everyone claims works they still come back. I felt like I was going to get a nervous breakdown I am so terrified of them. Never lived with roaches and never want to. My son called orkin and has set me up with them. Noel was my tech last week and will be coming again Fr this iday. I just spoke with Ben to change it to Friday. He was very kind and understanding of my request and I’d like to thank him as well as Noel for his thoroughness on my first treatment. So thank you Orkin team in case nobody’s told you lately “YOU’RE AWESOME!” Friday Nov 7, 2025. Today the company had Rich come to do the treatment. Very efficient, asking to make sure I understood how the procedure goes. Very professional, on time and made sure all was treated. Thank you Rich! Happy customer highly recommend.
