He educated me on different pest to look out for and set me up with a great team of techs in my local area. I highly recommend! Always professional and knowledgeable! We’ve used Palmetto Exterminators in the past for pest control in other cities and always had great experiences with them. After moving back to Mount Pleasant, we wanted someone reliable for general maintenance on our new home. I’d like to give a special thanks to Justin, who came out for our initial visit today. We recently had our yearly termite inspection and Andrew absolutely went above and beyond on his service. He was thorough and detailed, even to the point of discovering a leak we had on the exterior of our house that we never would have noticed without him pointing it out. We are extremely grateful for Andrew's diligence and attention to detail beyond just termite inspection!

Hard to believe this is the same company. Service has fallen off a cliff. I've had a quarterly service scheduled with them for years. This past August, a technician came out and left my home in worse condition than he found it. Claims he removed exterior spider webs (clearly didn't). Broke up a mud dauber nest and left broken clumps of dirt all over the windowsill. Then, they send me an email asking to reply with any feedback. Did anyone reach out to me when I reply expressing my dissatisfaction? Nope. Next, I called them to cancel my service and they say I have an unpaid balance for this service. I explain again the poor service and why I will not be paying for it. They still seem to think they are owed for leaving my home in worse shape than they found it. Attempting to send me to collections because I refuse to pay $89 for poor service. Do better Palmetto.
