Great customer service getting setup for monthly pest control! Patrick's knew my area development where other service companies denied service for being "out of their zone". Treatment done by Zeck was thorough and mindful of newly moved in home and toddler toys throughout the house! Little to no odor solution and dries out well. New construction so our needs were for crickets, spiders and crawling things getting kicked up. So thankful needs are met, great value, and they offer military discount! MARCH 18, 2025 UPDATE: This company SAVED US from our HOA! Offering weed prevention services and based on the level of overgrowth - we were qualified for removal/clearing also! This was above and beyond... Saved us from another 3rd party and kept us in-house with a company we know and trust, Patrick's is the way to go! With their scheduled pre/ post- emergent treatments, no more HOA letters! Shout out to Romario!

He showed up on time when we schedule our free quote and showed up on time the day he scheduled to do the job. He did a wonderful job power washing our solar pannels, and our roof. Recently a neighbor told us about Patrick, and his home solutions. We reached out to the office, and Laura was able to schedule a visit from Patrick last minute, as they were leaving on vacation shortly. Patrick was very professional, arrived on time, and we discussed the project, installing a Sun shade sail. He explained they were headed out on vacation, but would get us an estimate shortly. A couple of days later, we received the very detailed estimate, and very reasonable. Although they were on vacation, they were regularly in communication regarding scheduling the project, the down payment, and questions I had about the Sun shade sail. Right on schedule, they notified us when they would arrive, and confirmed they would be installing the metal posts (2). Day 1. Removed travertine, installed posts, replaced travertine, cleaned up, and confirmed date to install Sun shade sail, after posts had set. Day 2. Arrived as arranged, installed hardware and installed Sun shade sail. Day 3. Arrived as arranged, and tighten Sun shade sail after 2 days of allowing the shade to stretch. We had hoped to see reduced water temperatures due to the shade provided. We were delighted, as the temperature now stays between 82 and 86 ( last year was in the mid to high 90’s). An added benefit was the ability to float in the pool without the hot sun beating down of you. The Sun shade sail looks wonderful, perfectly positioned, and we get many compliments on how the shade looks. We are very happy with the work provided at a very reasonable price, and would not hesitate to recommend Patrick’s Home Solutions. Definitely 5 star work!

We've been using Patrick's Home Solutions' services for year. In this particular instance, we had them come over to do our semi-annual weed pre-emergent spraying. John Faist was the technician. He's a very polite, friendly, and efficient worker. As always, we're pleased with the work performed.
