After Southern Indiana Home Inspections left me in a terrible predicament days before closing on my new home (and refused to help), I contacted PC Pest Control in hopes they could perform a last minute termite inspection on two structures that the previous inspector hadn't. Not only did PC Pest control squeeze my house into their busy schedule, but they coordinated with the seller's realtor, invoiced me (I was in another town and unable to meet with a check), returned the report to me the same day so my closing was not delayed and did it all with a kind and helpful attitude! I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to spend money you don't need to! They told me I needed a $1200 treatment for termites but then discounted it to $1000 after looking for 5 minutes under my house. I got a second opinion and good thing I did because the next person wasn't just trying to get commission off of me!!!
