Rd N was my servicer today and he was great to work with. Explained everything well and answered all my questions. Whether it’s when I have called in or met one of their service guys, this company has always been great to work with. I love how they take time to explain in detail what they are doing and are looking for. They have gone above and beyond what they were here for and given me the assurance needed that my home is protected. Wonderful group of individuals at this company.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company, specifically Casey. He came out today to inspect the house and crawl space and genuinely did not miss anything. He was on time, we were given a two hour window and he was there right on dot for the beginning of that window. He was extremely kind and was able to lay out the issue and all the options to fix it, even able to replace damaged vents right then and there. Casey was able to answer every question we had and was insanely knowledgeable, he took his time with the inspection and was able to cater to our concerns. The whole of this appointment (inspection of vents interior and exterior, crawl space inspection, repairs and run down) took about two hours. If you are going to choose a company to help you out this is the one and only. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

These folks came recommended to me by a coworker/neighbor and I will happily recommend them to others! Michael was awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently (in a down pour no less, sorry guys!). Their explanations were clear and thorough and at no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch or pushed for add-ons. I really appreciated the recommendations they made and their willingness to teach and discuss ways we can mitigate pests ourselves. Super great people. Will be using them again!

Michael was great! We didn’t do the work we said we would (life eh?) and he didn’t even flinch. I apologized, he created a new map of our house, dusted the webs and spiders, and then spent time reviewing what we needed to fix. Seems like a cool dude, he did his job well and was kind about it. We’ve struggled with ants for years (who in Olympia hasn’t?) and PCI has worked with us. We pay roughly $56 monthly for a contracted service and to fix the entry points around our house & crawl space the quote was $561. I know there’s a start up fee of some sort. PCI asks you to leave a review and they will tip the worker who came to your home $5. All in all, if you have bugs they are a pest company who will keep coming back until things are taken care of.

Overall Julian did a good job, although in his service notes he wrote that he baited the snap traps in the crawlspace but 4 of them that I looked at were empty.
