We’ve been using Pelican Pest Control for regular service, and they’ve been consistently excellent. Their team is always on time, professional, and thorough. Since starting with them, we’ve had no major pest issues—just peace of mind. Highly recommend their ongoing service!

I have been using Pelican Pest for the past 3 1/2 yrs. During that time we purchased property & moved. They pulled up our termite cans & put our account on hold until we were able to move in. They always let me know a couple of days in advance when the next service is due. Since we live so far out, I try to keep that appt, but if I can’t I just catch them on the next time they will be in this area. I don’t want them running all the way out here for one customer. Now, if I had a problem, I know they would send Thomas out right away. Thomas is the only one that can come in our house or even our yard due to our dog doesn’t like 90% of men. If he is home, he will not let anyone else inside except Thomas. I trust Thomas coming in our home when we are not here as much as I would trust my own mother to come to my home with us not being at home. The office staff has always been so polite & helpful. I checked around with 4 other companies prior to choosing Pelican Pest. One of the other companies, I felt more like another customer count number. There was no personable experience in their part at all. Another one had a call center instead of speaking with the business itself & of course you couldn’t understand their very strong accent. It makes it hard to do business with someone from another country & the other 2 companies were sooooo much more expensive for the same service, but not the personable relationship you get from Pelican Pest. This is just my experience & my opinion.

I love Pelican Pest Control. Each receptionist is so kind and professional and they answer so quickly or will call back asap. Courtney is so nice too she’s been my tech for the last few years. She addresses any concerns. Best they are affordable and their products are great! I’ve had no bugs crawling around at all at my home.

Great service! Told me they would be here for 8 a.m. and was right on the dot. They completed the inspection and installed the termite prevention quickly. Give them a call you won’t regret it!

Pelican has been my pest control provider for a couple of years and I have always been happy with them. They are professional, informative, and effective. I have never had them be late. And Thomas even offered to take his shoes off in my house when he saw I wasn't wearing any. I am a very satisfied customer.

I been very pleased with the services Pelicans Pest Control provided. Their technician, Courtney, always call to say she’s on her way. Since all their treatment is on the outside of your property, they never have to enter your house. You don’t have to be at home when it’s time for service.

My experience is always great. The tech that does my house is always here at the time she says she’s coming. She is very sweet & friendly.
