I had a very poor experience with a previous big name pest control company. They were quick to come out and try to sell me a contract, but ignored every single communication after that. Fortunately I was able to get my money back by contacting the regional office before it was too late. I then did what I should have done in the first place, support a local family-owned business. Jeffrey and Brenda were wonderful, professional, helpful, so friendly, and solved my mouse problem in just one visit. They'll be my first call if I ever have any more problems.

A few days after my daughter’s sleepover I began itching at night and fearful I had bed bugs, looked on Facebook and found this company.. I was happy to find a black owned business. I called them and they were at my home the same day for an inspection. They actually found bed bugs in my couch that the kids slept on during the sleepover. I was so surprised they were able to find a source. They gave me instructions on how to prepare for a cleaning and within a day or so they came back for extermination. They only did one treatment and I haven’t had an itch since! When a friend of mines complained that she had new people staying with her and thought she had bedbugs, I called them up. they went to my friends house and within the first 5 minutes, found bedbugs.they are fast, professional, reasonably priced. I am happy to support this black business. I know if I have any pest problem, I can call and get my space cleaned quick. Thank you both for your service!

The team did a fabulous job. They treated my elderly parents with the utmost care, kindness, and were very good with communicating with them on what had to be done for the extermination process. They were thorough, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control service.

I was having a really bad fly problem in my house and they did some magical work. Highly recommended: 1. They came out on the same day I called several places and all were either busy or unable to schedule in the near future. Jeff and Brenda scheduled on the same day. 2. Great performance Since the first service, I don't see any bugs near/inside of my house. I don't understand what they did, but I'm now bug-free. 3. Time & communication They were on time and communicated their move and appointments by text messages. Really convenient for me as I go through many meetings throughout the day.

Ms. Brenda & Mr Jeff are the TRUTH! Extremely professional, they know their stuff and they made me feel so at ease with the services being provided. I am super afraid of rodents and they gave me peace of mind by treating me and my home respectfully, educating me on both the treatment process and future prevention, all while being honest, friendly and quite funny.
