I found a large snake shed in my yard this morning and was concerned that it might have been from a cottonmouth or copperhead. David looked at it for me and confirmed that it was a harmless rat snake. What a relief! I greatly appreciate his prompt response to my concern and his knowledgeable identification of the snake that had left his shed in my garden. Thank you, David, for your help!
