The older guy was so helpful and so informative about the products I was purchasing. Such a really nice, sweet guy!!! He made me feel as if he was concerned about my problem and really wanted to help as well as keeping my cost down There are several pest control stores I pass while driving to him. I drive right on by so can get that great customer service!!

Paul, the owner, is very informed and very helpful. He will guide you to the right product and give you a great price. It's not in the best of neighborhoods I guess but it's ok for a quick product run and hard to find items.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I described my pest issues and told him I had pets and was worried about them being effected. He reassured me and described how to use the product in great detail as well as where to place it and how often I needed to reapply it. He knew what he was talking about and told me where to look and what to do. He also told me to call him if I needed any more help or needed him to reexplain anything. Highly recommend if you're having any pest issues, I know I'll be coming back in the future if pest problems arise again.

Normally, they are a decent company as far as product goes but I purchased their flea spray & it didn't make a dent. They are dry & lifeless on the phone and in person. I wasted my money!
