Had a great experience with Pest Pros all of the way around. Hayden came and did an inspection-- identified the type of ants we were fighting, and treated both the inside and outside of our garage. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he did and all of the products used. Courtney was a joy to work with for scheduling-- very personable and friendly! Love the fact that they are going to follow-up in 2 weeks to check on us!

Josh has been very professional, attentive and friendly. Great communication between him and clients is greatly appreciated. The services that he provided for my residence include black ants spray, woodpecker deterrents, bird deterrents gel cakes on freeze board and film on glass pane.

Jeremiah was so friendly and had so much knowledge about the service he was providing! It’s 7 pm at night and he still showed up with a smile and let my dogs sniff him! He was quick and professional, and even though he’s a packers fan, I still like him, just not on game days! Awesome young man! Thank you for what you did for our family Jeremiah! Keep being great! Thanks for the help! We just needed a quick termite inspection, called numerous places. Some couldn’t give us a quote over the phone needed to come see the house first… and some sounded like they were pulling numbers out of thin air… $300 plus some places.. crazy. They were able to get us an appointment in a week like we needed normally free, but special circumstances for what we needed happily paid the $90. Would recommend we are even considering starting the monthly spaying service. Thanks again!

Pest Pros remained in communication with us letting us know when our technician would arrive. Ian did an excellent job and arrived exactly when promised. Extremely thorough and explained the warranty and what our next steps should be once our stinging insect hives were abandoned. Excellent service!

5 Stars to the crew at Pest Pros! A 2:30 p.m. call resulted in a same day visit, which is incredible and unheard of service. Shout out to Courtney for finding the personnel and being so kind on the phone and Dayman for making the visit so late in the evening to do the treatment. We'll be back on schedule with our home repair after very little downtime. Much appreciated!

Amber is one of the two best technicians I have ever had in the nearly 50 years I have had proactive maintenance for pest control. Always very appreciative of her expertise and customer service. She definitely delivers five stars…plus.

We had a yellow jacket issue and Jason did a great job. He sprayed the entry point and then sprayed a couple of spots where they were coming into the house. He made sure to mention how long we needed to keep our dog away from the treated areas. Very professional.

Keegan and Jay came by the house and let us know exactly what they were going to do. They asked if we were having any issues and requested that we close our garage door so that they could provide a barrier so that critters didn't find a warm place this winter.
