Outstanding customer service from Connor on the multiple visits he made to my home dealing with squirrels in my loft and also carpet bugs. He was so friendly, always advised on what time he would be out in advance and also when he was on the way which is uncommon these days to have such excellent communication! He was very informative; making sure he explained what he was doing and any tips for avoiding any further reoccurrence. Couldn’t fault him at all, 5 star service at every visit! Also want to say thank you to Michael who attended on a visit when Connor was unwell, again very friendly service and Amy who was also excellent. All 3 are a credit to the company and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone requiring any pest control services. Thank you again!

I was really stressed after doing my own research online on how to get rid of bedbugs (don’t do that) but Amy was super kind and put my very stressed mind at ease and most importantly… got rid of the bedbugs that were causing me daily freak outs. 100% would use these guys again! I discovered I had a problem with squirrels in my loft. I contacted Pest Solutions and received a call back from Connor who arranged to come out to my property. Connor gave me an ETA and arrived at the time he said. He was very friendly, professional and explained the whole process. The treatment plan was for 5 visits and each visit Connor contacted me the day before to arrange an ETA. The treatment was completed on the 5th visit and the cost was very reasonable.
