He is super flexible and doesn't pressure you into a schedule, but does give great advice on what will work best! His communication prior to treatments is great, and paying is so convenient! He not only found the (hidden) problem, but inspected the house and outbuildings for any other signs of pest problems - and and took care of two hives that were starting in our shed. Excellent to work with. I left Pete a message about a hornet nest under my deck, and he was able to come out the same day to take care of the problem. When I noticed another nest a short time later, he came out again at no additional charge to take care of that nest too. Very professional, prompt quote and excellent service.
