The technician, Dhruv, was also excellent. He called ahead before arriving and was very friendly and professional. He carefully inspected around the house, explained everything clearly about the situation, and answered all my questions patiently. It’s been about two weeks since the service, and if I don’t come back to update this review, it means the mice problem has been completely solved! Before booking, I saw all the amazing reviews on Google and honestly wondered if they were too good to be true. But after using the service myself, I can confirm they truly deserve the high rating. Their professionalism and care made even someone like me — who rarely writes reviews — want to leave a 5-star one.

I had a bed bug issue due to a neighbor who was infested two floors down from me and my property manager at The Brown Group of Companies in Scarborough didn’t treat the infested unit for over 20 days so the bed bugs spread throughout the building.
