I have been using Pestmed services since early 2022 for ants in my home and have been very happy with the results. We had pretty bad ant problem in June 2022 after moving into a new home. I had tried various off the shelf sprays and bait traps but no luck. Learnt about Pestmed through google search and after going through their customer reviews and took the chance. Results were excellent, we literally went from not being able to keep food/fruits on island even for an hour due to ants to being able to food/fruits kept in open for days without worrying. To be safe, we do use their service every 6 months as we also have small patio with garden as well our home is adjoining other homes thus eventually after a period of 6-7 months we do start seeing ants slowly trying to creep in. Overall staff is very responsive and clearly communicates on the day of pest control via text so you can plan accordingly and are not left hanging. Even though I may have used their service 5-6 times, we only had issue once post service and Pestmed was quick to schedule and do a complimentary pest control in the infected area within 30 days of service.

highly recommend Pestmed! I have had to use them over the years for different infestations (i.e. cockroach and rats....yuck!). Michael and his crew have integrity and follow up whenever we have needed additional support for surprise pests after an initial clearing. They got rid of our cockroaches years ago, which we haven't had issues with since and more recently are helping us with a rat infestation. They are timely and responsive with follow up and very knowledgeable. Thank you PestMed!

We had an ant invasion in our house and called PestMed to help. Because of Covid19 concerns we wanted them to spray outside but not inside. We've had that treatment from PestMed before and it worked well for us. They sprayed around the outside of the house and we continued to see ants for two weeks. We called them about this and they said they would come by to spray again at no charge. This seemed like good customer service and we were happy. However when they arrived the next morning, they refused to spray because "they already did that" and instead tried to upsell us on an inside treatment which we'd already told them we did not want. So that seemingly good customer service was actually a sales call? It's been over a month and we still have ants in our house. Edit 9/12: PestMed contacted me after my initial review and to their credit they tried to make things right. Someone came out and resprayed. The results weren't very effective. We still have ants in our house. But I do appreciate their response and, as I noted, they're treatment did work for us in the past. So overall I'd give them 3.5* with the caveat that your mileage my vary.

I had a great experience with Pest Med! There was a carpenter ant infestation in my home, and Michael H. came by, gave a full inspection and then completed the job. I chose to go with Michael because he was very bubbly over the phone, and is knowledgeable about the ants, insects (etc.) in the area. He was very funny, nice and a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again in a heart beat!
