Petti has been professional and responsive every step of the way. Jesse did a thorough inspection, and West was super detailed during the treatment process. From the time we called them to having our house treated was less than 48 hours. Great folks to work with!

⭐ These guys are just the best. Great service from Jimmy & Blake today, investigating a potential (well, actual) mouse presence in our garage. As always, top-notch customer service and extremely knowledgeable techs. They targeted the issue quickly (yep, we've got a visitor), explained the scope and the causes, gave good recommendations and prevention tips, and - love this - helped address an entry point (gap on wall), right on the spot. Plus added some catchers (cruelty free). They also got us on the books for a follow-up, again on the spot. (May be a small thing, but one less thing to think about!) Service worth every penny. The only problem is after Petti, most other customer service seems sub-par in comparison :)

We had birds living in two of our air vents.Petti had Jesse come out that day for an assessment and we booked service the next day. Jesse was awesome and very knowledgeable. Logan and Jesse came out and did a phenomenal job cleaning out the blockage and sealing off both outside vents of our home to prevent future issue! They were very fast and very efficient.
