Andrew was very thorough and sprayed everything in a timely manner. He discussed scorpions with us, showed a photo of a scorpion and asked us if it was the kind we saw ( it was). He also explained how the scorpion spraying worked. He was personable and friendly. He's been to our house to spray before, and we felt very comfortable with him.

Chelsea was amazing! I was not home but she called to advise I was next on her list. I said yes I’m not home but the back gate is unlocked, and if she could, please leave me four of the garage sticky traps due to no one was home to open it for her. She was so kind and polite on the phone.

This company used to be respectable. Either they were acquired or someone acquired them and there service went out the window. First of all, no more phone calls to set up your quarterly service. You have to wait on a text message and hope they get the times right, which they don't. It took 3 different phone calls to get the appointment correct. And even then, it wasn't correct. Not our usual technician, like they said it would be. This guy showed up, was extremely rude, banged on our front door after ringing the doorbell and giving about 10 seconds to answer. Asked if there were issues, we said yes and he said there's nothing we can do about that and walked away. Long time customer finding a new service now.

Chelsea... did an outstanding job at our home. She was more thorough in her service than most of the reps we've had before. She covered all the bases of a pest control service and gave great explanations of what she had done. I really appreciate the time she took to service our home.

Eric my Budget Bros technician informed me of his timing & arrival. Upon arrival he introduce himself & he asked me about any pest problems. After going over his treatment plans, he completed my treatment & then let me know that he finished Thanks Great Service

Phoenix pest control sold the company and I just paid in march $6000 for a rodent problem I was having and the said I would have warranty and guess what the rodents are back the tore up our water pipes we have leaks now and guess what I can’t get ahold of anybody for my warranty I just purchased in march with the new company. I’m getting ready to call Joe at my side!!! I feel scammed

I paid for termite inspection and they did a very poor job This company is a disaster I just bought a house and I paid for their services and they did not check the attic and there are a few boards infected with termites and the ceiling fell on my as you can watch in the video here Also when I called them I was on hold over 30 minutes and the woman answering the phone acted like a bot

Mike took over the route of previous owner-operator pest control man who sold so he could relocate. I like that Mike listens. Takes care of potential issues. Good guy. And, as long as he’s my service person, I’ll keep my business here.
