I have been a customer for probably a decade or more! However, the service and management have gone downhill considerably. I called to describe that I was unsatisfied with my service and was told that I had not been billed properly by their office manager and must make up for their mistake while also having a porch overrun with large summertime roaches. I have cancelled my service and will find a business who appreciates customer loyalty in a way that they clearly do not.

We called Pied Pipet when we found active termites. They came and placed live bait traps and other outdoor traps. They said they would visit every 4-6 weeks for free until all evidence of live termites was gone. They came out two times while there was evidence of live termites and then an additional 2 times with no evidence. Very professional in their work and communication. Very satisfied with this service.
