James is my favourite service technician. He always does a great job and has respect for my yards and deck. Most importantly he waits until I answer the front door before he starts the pest control service, so I can keep my pups inside while he’s spraying .

Mary took my call and was most helpful in getting me set up with an appointment. Tyler arrived on time the next day and clearly explained the treatment options. Afterwards, he took time to explain what he did and what we should expect to see as a result of the treatment. Tyler was friendly, articulate and very professional. I highly recommend Pinpoint Pest Control.

Excellent job, very personable and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and the instructions for me when it was drying. Very pleased. He talked to neighbors about the process, but they didn't have the money. They are waiting to see if the ants come back to me. Haven't seen ONE yet!! Very happy with the service.

Overall happy with Pinpoint in general, however, the last tech who serviced our home did not bother to move our shoes and sprayed them with insecticides. We verified this by reviewing our security cameras. For the recent price increase we expected this common courtesy. It would have taken 2 seconds to move our shoes aside before spraying. They are also supposed to treat the fence at the zero property line which has not been done the last few times.

Pinpoint is fantastic. The prices are really fair, especially for the quality work they do. Frank, the technician who fixed the “problem areas” and set up the traps, was so helpful and professional! Great communication, great service — highly recommend!

Tyler was responsive and did a fantastic job. Not only communicating what he was doing, but how diligent he was in performing his work. I would love to have him service my house on a regular basis. I can only hope if that's not the case, that the person who assumes the responsibility will be half as good. Thank you Tyler....

Steven was great to talk to on the phone and answered all of my questions while scheduling the appointment. They were even able to fit us in right away during a busy holiday week. We moved into our home in 2018 and during our first summer we had a huge ant problem. After calling different companies, we decided to use Pinpoint Pest Control. Our concerns about having pets and kids were met with compassion and understanding. Our technician, Nathan, is wonderful. Sometimes I forget to bring our dog inside and Nathan takes a few minutes to play fetch with our dog to build rapport. Our dog loves him now! We also had a bat problem in 2022. The technician who assisted us was so knowledgeable. We haven’t had bats return since addressing the issue.

Houston did an unexpected outstanding job today. he first started with a knock on the door and kindly asking us if we had any problems with any insects. And then went on to provide his exterior assessment of any rodents and insects. He did all of this with the cold, wet weather outside. I’m truly grateful for Pin point exceptional Service.
