We had the people we purchased the house from have a termite inspection/treatment done before we agreed to the purchase of the home. A couple years later. I noticed termintes swarming out of a wall of our car port. I then noticed the the wall had not been treated. I called the office and explained and was told the would send someone out. They didn't. I forgot about it cause the swarming stopped. The next spring, the same thing happened. Called. Nothing. The next year I saw swarming. I made it clear that I expected someone out there. The owners son showed up. He agreed that the wall had not been treated but asked for $200 to treat the whole building. I had termites, so I agreed. He also agreed to hold the check for a few days to be sure the money was there. They didn't do that either. Forcing an overdraft charge. Will be looking for new pest control company.....

I had them spray my house 3 times and the infestation got worse not better and one time they didn't even show. Never using them again..

The office isn't super nice, but I think so far the service has been great. I just have some one come out each year to inspect the house for termites and if everything looks good they don't need to kill any termites but if something was infested they would repair it for free because I am under contract. The office doesn't need to be nice. The office also doesn't take cards. But as long as they keep my house covered from termites I'm good.
