Point Pest is a good company. I’ve had them for years now. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I’ve had other companies solicítate but I refuse to change. Michael the gentleman who has been coming to our home is friendly. He always asks if I have questions or needs. He does his jobs well

Excellent communication from booking through after visit follow up. This was our first time using Pointe and they’ve been extremely responsive and professional. Fairly priced, thorough and polite, uniformed technician. Removed all webs, debris from insects, etc. Very thorough.

Nick was so phenomenal, very informative. He gave me so much education on what was happening, and what was to come. He went above and beyond with his service. His customer service was top tier, with a great personality to match. Though I was freaked out given the situation he made me at ease to trust him, point pest and your services. Thank you ! We had Joseph for our very first visit today. We have used othe pest control providers in the past at our previous address. Decided to give Pointe a chance. Joseph was very informative on what he was spraying around the home along with taking in consideration we have two pets. Joseph was fantastic, personable and respectful.

I’m a ground floor unit and have always had issues with ants in the summer. After trying to deal with it on my own for years I finally gave in and brought in outside help and the improvement is astounding! Michael is great, both quick and thorough and generally flexible about working with your schedule!

The team at Pointe Pest Control is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they do. Genssie and Aaron are both great and have worked with us on ridding our home of silverfish, which can be pesky little buggers. Even when the pests try to persist, the team at Pointe Pest does not give up and will address any questions or concerns as they arise. They never give up and try alternate options and methods until your home is free of any unwanted visitors.

Very satisfied with their pest services! I’ve been using them for the past year and had several service request placed for spiders, springtails, voles, and clover mites. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable which is a bonus. I also like the plans and one-time service options that are available and have used both.
