I called and got a quote from the company about my spider problem, the customer serive rep was very kind and knowledgeable. She quickly connected me to pest technician who was able to answer all my questions and set up a time for the next day to come out. Anthony and another technician called ahead to let us know the time of arrival. Uon arrival anthony quickly explained to us what he was going to to and what to expect. The technicians did a great job and finished swiftly. They were very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend

We have been with Pointe since 2018 (over 7 years at the time of this review). We initially started their service in Moses Lake, WA because we had recently moved there and didn't know what kind of pests were in the area. Now we are in north central oregon and starting all over with an area (and pests) that we don't know. We have never had to worry about pests, and if we did have random issues come up, Pointe was quick to come and take care of it with no extra service cost. I didn't realize how much I relied on them until I saw other houses with gnat filled cob webs all over their houses and ours was nice and clean. Besides their regular service, they have come out extra times to help us with random mice, ant, and wasp issues. Even though we no longer live there, shout out to Alan in Moses Lake. He was the best technician!! My 1 issue that took a star away is that they did raise their prices quite significantly. Being such a long term client, I hoped we could keep our subscription price lower. We almost cancelled our service when we moved because of this.

Pointe has always been very reliable and successful at taking care of my needs. Zeke has always been the technician that comes out and treats my property. He is very thorough on his applications. He always has been very respectful to me. I always know that he will do a great job!

Shawn was very friendly and helpful. He called ahead when he would be a few minutes to let me know he was on his way. Also checked in before he started in case we had any specific issues. Loved our dogs and efficient in his application of the product. Thank you!

I have year round service the exterior of my home is serviced ever 3 months so far so good not a bug in sight. I received a text last night that my home would be serviced today between 7am and 8am. At 805am I received a text that the job was completed thank you very much. Great job.
