    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MORE OF A BUG PROBLEM!! Since we hired them they’ve had to come out 3-4x times in between their main treatments. And we’ve only had them since like APRIL! We have more of a problem than we ever started with! They quote on quote said “we have to draw them out so they take the product and bring it back to their nest”…we really only had those black & red beetle elders or something problem and few carpenter bees. Spiders yes, but not even close to the level we have now they have taken over at this point. We had no a single bug come into our home and now we have a huge spider and these weird tiny bugs by the thousands that are dead weekly in my kids toy bins. After being completely fed up with the company and telling them the problems since hiring them…the lady on the phone said they don’t deal with outdoor issues ONLY problems inside the house?! WHAT??? I literally told them I don’t want any product inside the home because one, we have no issue. Two, I don’t want it around my kids!! So why would your service be needed if you couldn’t help me with the issues we had outside?? I told them to pull up the phone recordings because they straight up lied to us that they could help with our concern! But they said they delete phone calls after 90days.. I’m going to the BBB next !! They are liars and thieves!! Took our money when they knew they don’t service our issue of concern and then made our bug problem worse!! Saying our trees are to blame lol. Um no our trees have been the way they are and only thing that has changed is HIRING YOU GUYS! Do yourself a favor and Run from this business!!

    Oscar and the entire Pointe Pest back office team are truly the best! They consistently go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience. Whether it’s answering questions, handling scheduling, or resolving any issues quickly and professionally, they always make you feel like a priority.     Wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Pointe pest control. 2 weeks ago I set up an appt for my parents home. My parents were anxious with service and I spoke with a customer service representative before arranging appt. Customer service did a great job relaying message to technician. Austin the technician came out. He was professional, kind and took the time to listen to my senior parents. He did an amazing job. So many technicians want to quickly do the job without listening to the customer. Thank you Austin! You are amazing

    Matt did a great job. I was very impressed with how much time he took. He did such a thorough job inside and out. Way better than the well known company we had been using, and a better price.

    Lamont was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional and took every precaution to ensure our safety. The hornet’s nest took some time to remove but the problem has been eliminated. Thanks, Lemont.

    If I could give this place zero reviews, I would I’m at the point where I’m going to all my resources because this company has no clue what they’re doing. Yes, they got my termites away but everything else has been nothing but problems. I was told one thing and then another thing was said I was told another thing and then another thing was said no one could give me the correct answer which way or that and now I’m getting a refund back and it has now been Over a couple of months since I have not received it first time I called saying oh I didn’t receive it. It looks like it’s been sent out OK what What’s the address on it address was correct so they issued another one because it wasn’t put into a bank account now I’m going through this whole process again came to me whatsoever. The lady that I talked to is trying her best but the people that issue the refunds hello what’s going on here? This company has been nothing but headache hoping the owner sees this and looks into my account and calls me because at this point I am I just don’t know what to do.

    Everyone is friendly and open to accommodate my schedule. The tech listened to my concerns and is very attentive. I like that the company is sending the same tech every time because he become familiar with the house and location of the problem areas. I don't have to follow him around to monitor if he did all that needed to be done. We inhereted a mise problem from the previous owners. After following their advice and cutting the branches which were hanging over the roof and putting the poison boxes at the important but not obvious locations the problem seems to be resolved. We will know for sure when the temperatures go down. They charge us around $400 for a whole year. That includes 4 scheduled visits covering inside the house and outside. Inside they spray the house for spiders and other common bugs and they check the poison boxes. Outside they remove spiderwebs, spay the foundation and spread some granules against the ants, spiders and other crawling insects. Between the visits, if you have specific problems they will redo what needs to be done (spider issue and a like). Those visits are free of charge. I have a question for Jennifer. After reading her review I didn't understand why she called the company on the first place if she didn't have an issue inside the house. Initially I couldn't believe that mice can enter the house from the tree branches. The company told me that it is actually one of the most common ways. I researched this, cut the branches and they are gone. Second, if you don't spay the house inside you will never get rid of the spiders and other crawling bugs. There is no treatment from only outside that will prevent bugs and spiders from getting in.

    I was stressing as it’s getting cold and felt I needed to get an exterminator out to treat my property because I notice some droppings. Mike my technician was great very personable, and knowledgeable . He ensured me there were no entry points of concern.He gave me a piece of mind and treated for spiders as well.

    Wasp nest under my siding and they are getting into my home. Called Pointe and they came out quickly, said the treatment would take one or two days to take affect, but will notice wasps no longer enter and start to abandon nest. $250 for the service, was willing to pay it to get it addressed quickly and effectively. 4 days in and they are still coming and going, no decrease in the amount and they are still making it into my home. Sent them a message after 2 days of no changes, they responded that they wouldn't be able to come back for a follow up for another 4 days. Disappointed in the lack of urgency, especially when it comes to wasps inside the home. Was willing to pay a premium for quick and effective treatment, so far I haven't been getting either.

    Clifford was very nice. During that last visit he had placed mice bait in our garage since we thought we may have some. Since then I know 1 mouse was killed. He remembered where the baits were & re-baited 1. Yay! He is very thorough, listens, & explain the processes nicely. He's an asset to the company.

    I originally contacted Pointe Pest Control to help with a yellow jacket problem. They had built a nest inside of the siding of our home and were getting inside the house. That problem was handled professionally and I decided to have them come out quarterly for annual inspections and pest control. They are always friendly, come when they say, and I have not had a single pest problem through the year. Highly recommended and great service for a fair price.
