Josh our service technician was terrific. He did a thorough inspection and walked me through all of his recommendations. I appreciated the time and guidance. I look forward to working with him the future to protect my house from pests

Pointe Pest control does an amazing job! Eddie is amazing and very thorough and helpful. We originally called about carpenter bees but have had wasps and everything else too. They have come out several times and are always easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Tom came out to access my garage door seal issues. He was very kind in taking time to show me the product that would be used to prevent rodents from entering my garage and how it would be installed. An appointment to do the work was soon set up and performed. I am very happy with the quality of the product used and the quality of the install. I highly recommend Pointe Pest Control.

The service provided has been excellent and convenient. I saw an increase in spiders in our basement, and the next day they came out to spray. Furthermore, Nick, who visited our home, demonstrated considerable knowledge and a helpful, understanding demeanor.

They are affordable and they consistently showed up when I called. The tech was always nice. However after 5 visits in a 3-4 month time span, the bug situation hadn’t improved. Whatever product they use clearly doesn’t work. I canceled my contract and went back to my previous pest control company.

Nick is great. He is thorough and professional but still personable during his service. What ever magic Nick has is great. He has kept the bugs away. Great job!!

Lamont was my service gentlemen today. He was super nice, very thorough in his explanation of stuff. It made me feel very comfortable. This was my initial visit. I am hoping that I could give an updated review in a couple of weeks.

We are extremely happy with Nick and the very professional job he does every time. He takes time to study the House and looks for all kinds of spiders bugs mice without our even asking and gets it right every time. Very proactive and that’s what we need. We were going to cancel the service after the first visit Knicks Work has proven to be so effective. We don’t think we’ll ever stop. We consider Nicks work a necessary utility. Thanks Nick.

Since we just had the service today, I can't give a valid rating. We won't see the results for a while. I was told the basement would be treated, but it wasn't. Live boxelders & other insects are highly visible, so it needs treatment. I've left a message for Steve at Point to find out why they failed to treat the basement.

Matt was a very good technician. He explained what he was planning to do and then explained everything he found and what he did to fix any issues. Very good representative of your company. I will ask for him for our next appointment
