We’ve been so impressed with Mohand from Pointe! He is always friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure every concern is addressed. Our bugs have been completely under control thanks to his hard work and attention to detail. Mohand consistently goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provides. Milton was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions thoroughly before starting the work. Spray was applied very carefully to avoid light fixtures and windows.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was respectful of our home and did an outstanding job. We had an issue with hornets nest and decided to sign up for the quarterly service.

The service I paid for includes dewebbing of windows etc. see pictures. You can even see the spiders. How do I know that all the other services were completed???

Sam was very thorough on today’s treatment. He listened to my concerns and addressed the areas where I’ve been having a lot of recent activity. He also waited for me to let my dogs out before starting which was nice because I didn’t see his text that he was arriving soon.

Joe is a great guy! He does an amazing job but equally important is how wonderfully he treats my husband and myself! We always have a lot of questions and he’s very patient. He takes his time with us. We don’t feel like he rushes through like some other service providers do for other things in our home. He always has a great big smile, always asks how we’re doing, and always asks if we have any other questions or need anything else. He’s absolutely wonderful!

Malik always arrives with a smile and a pleasant, courteous approach. He asks if we’re having any issues, and when we are, he provides solutions with explanations for how they’ll work. I greatly appreciate his service!

Kevin was terrific. He communicated what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. Afterward we reviewed his activity and what to expect over the next few days. Kevin was polite, communicative, and effective. The job took less time than he anticipated. I would definetly use Pointe and Kevin again.

Bennett B. from Pointe Pest Control came out today. I was so impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and courtesy. Bennett was quite diligent and found 2 hidden mice routes in my basement, and blocked them off and will be back in 3 weeks to monitor. I feel very confident that he is the guy for the job. We had a technician by the name of Genessie Pastor from Point Pest Control. He did a great job and we couldn't be happier. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. This place will now be the company we call for any and all exterminations and pest control treatments.

Gabriel Gomez was our technician today. I haven’t often seen the technician spray our yard but today I did. Mr. Gomez did a very thorough job spraying all of our plants and bushes. I was impressed with his work and give him the highest marks. Thanks.

We've been using Pointe Pest Control for several years. Service is excellent...professional and courteous. Our biggest issue in years past has been mice and since using Pointe Pest Control, we've noticed a significant drop in activities of these pests in our house. Our technician, Genssie is great! Very pleased...recommended!

Pointe were great at decreasing the ant population that invades my home every spring. They make suggestions on how to improve my surroundings to keep the insect world at bay. Jonathan has been really helpful! We recently bought our home and have been dealing with pests as the weather changes, and Pointe has been easy to set up appointments with, punctual, and our tech answers my many questions and is thorough. They’ve been out 3 times in the last month to help with issues that have come up, and we’re happy with results so far.

Very satisfied with Pointe Pest Control. In addition to normal scheduled outside services, they accommodate our requests for inside when needed, and inquire if we have any additional concerns at each call. At our most recent service, technician Sage was prompt, comprehensive and courteous.

This was by far the best tech we’ve had. Dan was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He saw us pop the hood open on our vehicle when we were leaving and was even kind enough to ask if we were ok. Never had him before but would love for him to return!!

The technician was unaware that the mice issue was in the unfinished attic space- so he was not prepared with a ladder. We supplied him with one. It was also written into my contract that there would be "snaps, glue boards and bait inside." He was only equipped with bait, so no snaps or glue boards were used as per contract. The technician was polite and did the best he could under the circumstances, but the service did not meet the terms stated in the contract.
