Wow! What a breath of fresh air! The technician who came out was not only incredibly friendly but also super knowledgeable. These days, it’s rare to find someone who takes the time to actually explain what’s going on in your yard—whether it’s moles, voles, or whatever else—and walk you through the plan step by step. He didn’t rush through it or talk over my head, just really good, down-to-earth customer service. Most pest services I’ve dealt with feel rushed and impersonal, but this guy genuinely cared and made sure I understood everything. Huge difference! Missed a good amount of spider webs. Seemed to be very quick visit from what shows on my camera. Where as previous guy who has come in the past to spray yard Deweb was more thoroughly done.

Joe has been our best service technician since joining the Pointe community. He's knowledgeable, he works with an aim to please approach. I was ready to terminate my service with Pointe because my primary problem was voles in my yard. But Joe asked me my primary concerns and asked me to give him a chance to remedy the situation. I'm glad I did, the presence of voles in my lawn completely disappeared after about 6-8 weeks.

I changed to Pointe Pest Control after having another company for a year but I was still having ant issues. Since using Pointe Pest Control my issue was taken care of very quickly! The technicians are professional and thorough. I highly recommend!

Sage was very friendly and courageous. he called to let me know he was 15 minutes away and when he got here, He asked what was needed I told him, and he double checked everything. When he was done, he came back and told me everything he did. Asked If I needed anything else, and I just thanked him. Great service.

Exterminator Lamont was very knowledgeable and courteous. The service was excellent. My hornet issue is gone. However, I do think the one time price is a little high.

Bryce went above and beyond with his service. He took care of everything—inside, outside, and even the backyard—with great attention to detail. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the results and truly hope he’ll continue to be my service rep moving forward.

Pointe is typically very good with communication and customer service. On the their last visit they initially failed to inform us that they were coming out. They quickly rescheduled once this issue was recognized. However, when the technician did arrive he didn’t have the equipment he needed to complete the inspection and seemed unfamiliar with the type of inspection he was scheduled to perform. Pointe did quickly reschedule another technician who arrived prepared and knowledgeable. Hopefully their level of professionalism and customer service returns to what we had previously experienced.

I have used Point for several years. They have always been quick to respond and pleasant. Dan did a great job yesterday I mentioned an issue inside the house he immediately reached in his truck and gave me something to take care of the issue. I appreciate the friendly and efficient service.
