Jeff was wonderful. He answered all my questions and suggested wonderful solutions. Long story short- he determined I didn’t really need any services from Pratt- and that I could take care of my situation on my own. How awesome is that??! He drove all the way to my home, was probably able to tell I was inexperienced in what was going on, and still didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Didn’t charge me a dime! You gotta love that kind of honesty and integrity. Now- if down the line a genuine concern arises you can bet I’ll be calling Pratt!!

The person who inspected my place was a true professional. He was very thorough. He was also friendly, helpful, and understanding! Pricing was much better than the the more well known companies. I would definitely recommend Pratt.

After being stood up twice by terminex, I called Pratt and they were so nice! The owner Peyton came out 30 minutes later and did the inspection. I can't thank them enough. Peyton was super nice and personable!
