Total rip off. Called for rodents in the attic. $2k for a job that must be worth $400. Such a low quality job. I called them to complain about the quality of service. A “manager” showed up one day and said he would inspect the work. I don’t know what he inspected but left without saying anything. In the price was included the “treatment” of the attic. It was done in 2’ and over a very limited surface. For rodent, do no to call those people.

I've used Preventive Pest Control for years. The quality of service has unfortunately diminished over the last couple of years. The customer portal is virtually obsolete with no pertinent information captured or available for the consumer. Recently, we've had a pest/rodent problem in my attic, I've paid a lot of money, and 6 weeks later, we still have the same issue. Techs have come several times and have provided zero resolution. The latest idea is to leave a game camera in an attempt to identify the critter(s) damaging infrastructure in my attic, but after a week, they came back and realized a memory card was never even installed in the camera left. Needless to say, we're not sleeping well because of all the activity at night, concerned that more damage is being done, and that Preventive seems incompetent when it comes to rodent/ pest control. Do not recommend.
