Chris did a great job servicing our property. He was thorough and went the extra mile to remove spider webs on our homes exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to see him even check the doggie door. He was friendly to our senior dog and asked specific questions to address our concerns. Preventative has been professional and provides great customer service !

We have used preventative pest control for many years. We have not had a bad technician. But there have been some great ones. Today I wanted to highlight Kang and how knowledgeable and helpful he was. We have had an unusual amount of spiders in our yard, black widows too. My neighbors are not the best at taking care of their yard therefore, there seems to be more than the normal. He was very helpful to explain to us the best way and what he would do to help with our spider issues. He was very clear that you cannot eradicate them, this is where they live. But He was beyond helpful with explaining everything to us and treatment. I would absolutely never be without a pest control company, they have definitely made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy our backyard and maintain the interior of our house too.

This company clearly does not understand how to handle business. Multiple times they texted me for upcoming service THE DAY BEFORE (a message saying a technician will be out TOMORROW) without prior notice! Yes, that's correct - nobody contacted me scheduling a service date just a text message saying they will be out tomorrow! I finally got these knuckleheads to agree that someone would actually CALL ME and set up a service date based on my availability. Yesterday I get a text message at 6:40 am TELLING ME my next service will be on a date in October. What happened to someone calling me to setting up a date? And what stupid company sends out messages at 6:40 in the morning? Turns out I will not be home the date they set up service on so I texted them back I will not be home that day. Get a call this afternoon asking when I am available so I asked why nobody called me to set up a service date in the first place and the girl tells me they do not call customers to set up service dates - which was a lie because somebody called me to set up the last two service dates I had with them. Needless to say I finally had enough and stopped doing business with them! Do yourself a favor and find another company - there are several of them!

Noah has serviced our home several times now. He is very proficient and does an extremely professional job. Definitely recommend this company!

Daniel is a very polite and friendly man, he was very assuring, and calmed my nerves about the rodent problem in my garage. Sometimes words heal and he did that for me. They will be taking care of any pest problems for this property. Thank you and well done!

Christopher was on time and very communicative. Explained everything that was being done . Easy going can tell he is passionate about his work . Highly recommended.
