I called Price Termite and pest control after having a horrible experience with another company, who told me, my house was free of termites. Even though I had seen Swarmers in one of my rooms.Found them online , The reviews were great , so why not give them a try.They came out promptly on time. Mind you, it was an evening appointment at 5 PM when it was scorching hot outside. to inspect my home was here for over an hour, and after an extremely thorough investigation and inspection, they did find live active termites in my attic and in an area in my daughter‘s room. The woman(And God bless her, cause I keep forgetting her name. She deserves the highest praise. She was one of the friendliest and respectable persons to come out as a company) and was very descriptive on what she saw and how we were to proceed forward and treat. Everything was laid out, nothing hidden .exactly what they were going to do to move forward as well as warranty option .. Of course we had a budget and you know it’s always the option to spot treat or to Tent your home. I feel like this company was very honest in helping us make that decision that would work best for us to treat the problem areas and it’d be affordable. well, here we are a year later and I have renewed my contract with them for another year. I did actually call them out at one point after treatment thinking I had seen some fresh frass. But I did not .and they were more than happy to accommodate any calls I needed in the future to check if I got nervous again. Give them a call! if you’re need of an inspection. They are very friendly over the phone. Answer a lot of questions have a lot of experience.. Thanks again Price :)

Absolutely the best vendor I’ve worked with. Been with them well over 10 years, they covered two properties for me and they are top notch and trust worthy. They are fair and honest and I trust them In my home when I’m not there. I would love if more companies were as great as the team at price. I also do accounting and they are on pretty much every single vendor list I do financials for so they are clearly doing something right. Great company, Great people. You can’t go wrong with them.

Price Termite and Pest Control is a wonderful extermination and inspection company. Their technicians have always been helpful. We are able to request the kind of service we need. We have dogs and need to make sure they can walk in our yard without being harmed. The technicians have always followed our requests on where we want & need external spraying. We have only needed indoor extermination once when we first moved into our house because they are so good knowing where to apply and what to apply on the exterior of the house. We do not have the yard sprayed because we want to encourage pollinators. Price has always been respectful of our wishes and they spray the foundation and or specific places we request. We pay for a yearly contract which saves us money and guarantees that when we need a special service they send someone out within a day or two. We also have had them apply a termite preventative application and yearly termite inspection. This has been a godsend for keeping our wood frame home safe. Everyone we have dealt with at Price have been capable, considerate, and conscientious. We have used them for 9 years and my son has used them for at least 15. Thanksgiving you, Price!

***Update: we are starting our third year - and the service has been awesome! *** We added mosquito mitigation last year, and even on the lake, the mosquitos are almost non-existent. Price was thorough in providing details a fairly small and newer termite infestation upon our home inspection. They were responsive to our needs and scheduling. Their services have been excellent, and we have renewed our contract to keep our property free of termites and other pests.

Highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of pest control service! Walter was my technician who did the inspection and fumigation, and right off the back I was throughly impressed by his upbeat personality, punctuality, kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond that other companies did not care to do and diagnosed multiple issues I had no idea about. He explained each treatment very easily for me to understand and I am overall very pleased with the entire experience and will be using them permanently for any future needs.

Terrible experience with this company. To pay thousands of dollars on a service and this is how they leave the property after. The tenting team broke the fence of the property on both sides did not call to advise this needed to be done and left the property damaged. The person in charge Peter, did not even check on the property after the service he just sent a message saying it was done. When I arrived at the property the fence was damaged and took no responsibility of the damage. This company does not care about your home and the quality of work is poor. ZERO STARS! I have to say this company gave me a good first impression. I like their professionalism and can do attitude. I did not feel pressured; however their good customer service and fair prices was all I need it to pay for such services. The day of the treatment, technician Coleman came and ensured that our home was left the same way it was presented.
